i tried this recipe and it tasted not so good 😐i feel bad for my family now that I made them eat it i followed the recipe and I really had my hopes up while watching this but I lost it right away when I tasted the real thing😂😂💔 I'm not trying to make you hate the recipe or anything i believe that people from all over the world have different tastes so yeah just a comment.

Really beautiful cutting board. Don't throw the greens away. Wow you must be wealthy throwing away perfectly good food. I hardly ever throw away ANY food. I do trim off the dried stem ends but that is a very thin slice that gets composted in my worm bin.

You discard the cauliflour water, I usually save that in the freezer as a veg stock base. I am no expert cook, just learned a few things can add flavor into other meals later in the week or month.

huriye kantar Your cholesterol was high because you're a dummy and probably ate nothing but cheese and "diet" coke. A balanced keto diet (like just about any diet) with all of the nutrients covered will not increase your cholesterol.

I really like your videos. They are really simple to follow, and fun. Rebecca you can eat the green leaves, I boil them as a side if you just fold them and cut the stem it's a lot easier, also if you use flower and milk for your sauce add a bay leaf or two, add broccoli then blend it, then add the cauliflower and you have a beautiful sauce

Or, before, you could either throw them out in your yard if you had one, to feed to wildlife, stray animals or fertilize the grass or garden or feed, for example the pigs or poultry, goats, if you had a farm or raised your own food or just had your own backyard.It bothers me when people just throw away this food.

Hi have you heard of chicken with goats cheese? You prob have but I will say anyway. 1 full chicken make small slits down the breast then push your fingers in to make a pocket.Stuff as much goat cheese in that you can.Do the same in the legs and wings then put chicken in the oven till cooked. I have mine with rocket salad is very tasty and simples ;-)

I made the exact same recipe this morning except with broccoli and bacon. It was covered and baked for 20 minutes to melt the cheese.

Rebecca Brand Yes, however I didn't add enough salt thinking the bacon would make up for it. This and the cauliflower are go to recipes for low carbers. It's also used in Keto diets, low carb high fat, to force the body to use fats as a fuel instead of sugar spiking carbs. I was glad to see it shared on a site that doesn't label it as low carb, thereby reaching non low carbers. Yes, there is a lot of "clean" fat, but most cauliflower and broccoli casseroles depend on canned salty starch thickened cream of soups, fatty milk, more cheese, even crushed potato chips, etc. Thank you for sharing. Your video was cute.

Thanks so much. I made this today but I added ricotta cheese and heavy cream and it taste really good. I didn't have cream cheese and for got to add Parmesan cheese. It still taste great!

You DON'T have to throw away the green bits. YOU choose to. You can chop them up, boil and add to the cauliflower florets and get the goodness from ALL of the vegetable. This is simply wasteful!!!

can you use frozen cauliflower because buying big bags from Costco & BJs cost lot less then fresh + save time  and you can make many servings and freeze and save in a foodsaver bags for later use.

Hi Rebecca, I absolutely love your videos.  You make cooking simple and appealing.  You know, you can use the cauliflower leaves when you are making vegetable stock or any other stock you are making, so you don't have to waste it. Dear Rebecca STOP  do not throw the cauliflower greens you cut off away, Wash them then  Cut them up.into smaller pieces and heat a skillet, 1 Tbs butter and put in skillet Salt and pepper stir saute for 2 -3 minutes then serve,,Delicious,, Can put small amount of grated cheddar or Tbs Honey and lemon zest stir.. and serve,  Three reasons NOT to throw away those cauliflower greens..Enjoy,,(Great vegetarian dish)  and very healthy!!
