Alpha is stepping in and throwing his fitness hat in the ring. He's offering his advice as he's been around the fitness and weight loss block a time or two. The number one way to reduce your body fat the fastest, easiest, and safest is doing cardio 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Doing it for 30-minutes first thing in the morning is the same as an hour-and-half later in the day. The body dips into your fat stores as the energy to keep going. You have to do the cardio in your target zone:
220 - your age = number
That number is multiplied by .6 as well as by .75
Those two numbers are your lower and upper range. You will be using nothing but fatty acids to keep going in that zone. You don't have to go the gym. You can walk around the neighborhood or jog in place. Simply get your heart rate in that zone.
There's so much information out there that is rogue science. Alpha also discusses 'muscle memory'. He reiterates that muscle doesn't disappear from missing meals. Muscle is not a 'precious snowflake. Try this method for two weeks with consecutive sessions. You will see the results.

I'm gonna try this asap. I've been trying to lose body fat for ages, hitting the gym (weights) for years and can never lose body fat, even with a calorie deficit. Also, I can vouch for the not losing muscle quickly. I stopped working out for like 6 months and stayed pretty much the same size.
I wish i could have time to exercise at the morning... I have school starting sometimes at 7 and i need to get up at 4:50 just to catch the bus bc i live far from school... So it means i need to wake up at 3:50 to exercise, when tf i will sleep then?????
I agree.. I walk every morning for an hour 1st thing when I wake up... but, not completely on an empty stomach. I drink a big glass of water 1st. The last thing you want to do is walk/jog and sweat without water in your system as that can lead to kidney stones (yes, it happened to me... very painful! ). Dehydration is a no-no. So, no eating for me during my walk 1st thing in the am, but the water is a must. Thanks for the info about the heart rate range! Great videos Alpha M :)
ive been sitting around contemplating doing this for months and going through reading these comments of people doing it has given me the motivation to go out and finally do it.

Alpha is very correct about this. However, if you can’t do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, the next best time is after a weight training session because you’ve hopefully burned enough glucose off, by the time you start cardio, you’ll be burning your fat stores pretty quickly. And no, you won’t burn muscle.
Hey guys, I did this for 2 weeks then gave up because I was dealing with emotional issues but I really wanna try this again for a couple of months nonstop because it made me feel better and I want to get a body I'm proud of. I really need to be more consistent with these things. I hope to be very self disciplined and confident both mentally and physically. 💜 Also, thanks Aaron! This is outdated, the whole empty stomach cardio does in fact work, but aaron himself said in a more recent video that it can be any form of cardio, as long as your heart rate increases. Steady state isnt a necessity.

Unfortunately you can't target a certain area when it comes to fat loss. But if thats the only place you really have fat then your body will probably use it then. And it depends on the person. I lost 10 pounds in a week doing this tho.
