Thanx for recipe! Loved it! I made these for my New Year Eve gathering and they were gone the first hour (40ct.) served with honey mustard instead of marinara sauce. I did not think it would take so long to batter. Glad I did it the night before and freezer.

you can also use string cheese made from mozzerella i tried it and it works perfectly
