I love the bullet journal process, but I hated setting up the daily, weekly, and monthly pages over and over again. I find that the Hobonichi Techo (planner) is great for this! It has the bare bones you need for a bullet journal but nothing more, so it’s very customizable and doesn’t have anything unnecessary, or the traditional planner style set up. They even have different sizes to choose from, so it can fit in everyone’s pocket, purse, or backpack. Mine is the A6, original version (the little Black one) and I absolutely love it. It’s a great size and has exactly what I want and need
Your table is a "bullet journal" not the note book you started lol... using lined papers makes things so much more difficult... at least use a graph or grid pages, if you cannot find dotted pages i.e. "bullet"
So this was a fun video about bullet journaling techniques and layouts... but did she actually try it for 5 days? Cause it just looks like she was showing us templates. Like it's fun and pretty and really shows how you can utilise bullet journaling to suit your needs which is great! But did you fill it out and use it every day? Did you like it or did you find it tedious to refer to?
But if you're actually starting a bullet journal, I'd recommend going the very simple OG routine to get used to the tracking style and whatnot first, then as you get it into your routine, making it a bit more fancy. I feel like people get overwhelmed thinking they HAVE to have all these aspects to a bullet journal, when really, you don't need to.
I don't mean to sound mean, but watching the way you hold your pen is giving me intense anxiety. It's a one way ticket to RSI and eventually Carpal Tunnel, please write with your arm and not your wrist and fingers. Trust me, you'll find it so much more comfortable x
So, I’ve started bullet journaling lately and it’s really hard for me. This definitely helped but I’m still having some trouble. I don’t understand how people who bullet journal can always have their journal/notebook with them because I always find myself filling everything out at the end of the day which isn’t efficient for me at all. Please help!
