Ultimate Homemade Pizza Makes 6 pies INGREDIENTS Dough 7 cups flour 4 tablespoons Kosher salt ½ teaspoon dry active yeast 4 cups water, at room temperature Semolina or cornmeal, for the pizza peel Extra flour, for shaping Sauce 6 ounces tomato paste 1 cup hot water 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper 3 cloves garlic, minced ½ teaspoon dried oregano ½ teaspoon dried basil ½ teaspoon dried marjoram ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper PREPARATION In a very large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Make a divot in the middle of the flour mixture and add a few tablespoons of water. Stir with a wooden spoon, gradually adding more and more water until the dough starts to come together. You may need a tablespoon more or less water, depending on the consistency of the dough as it forms. Using your hands, ensure the dough is well incorporated, but do not knead. Be careful not to overwork the dough. Cover with plastic wrap and store at room temperature overnight, or for at least 12 hours, until doubled in size and porous. Make the sauce by combining tomato paste, water, vinegar, maple syrup, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, basil, marjoram, and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl. Let sit at room temperature for an hour before canning or jarring. Refrigerate as necessary up to 2 weeks. Once the dough has risen, transfer to a clean, floured work surface and form into a large ball. Cut the dough into 6 equal parts and form dough balls by folding the corners into themselves. Place the dough balls on a floured sheet pan, sprinkle with flour, and cover with a damp towel for about 30 minutes to an hour. Preheat oven with a pizza stone in it to 500ªF (260ºC) or a low broil. Work each dough into a disk on a floured work surface. Knuckling the edges of the dough and tossing it gently will help thin it out. Be careful not to rip the dough. Place the dough disk onto a pizza peel generously floured with semolina or cornmeal. This will prevent sticking. Top with desired sauce, cheese, and toppings. Slide the pizza onto the stone and bake for about 9 minutes, watching carefully to make sure it doesn’t burn. Look for the edges to become charred and crispy and the cheese to bubble. Let the pizza cool for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting and serving. In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat together butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add in vanilla extract and beat until combined. 2. Add in flour and mix just until flour disappears. Fold in mini chocolate chips. 3. Transfer dough to a gallon-sized resealable plastic bag, or place between two layers of plastic wrap. Roll until 1/4 inch thick. Refrigerate on a flat surface until firm, about 1 to 2 hours. 4. Remove dough from plastic and use a butter knife to cut into equal-sized squares or rectangles. Transfer cut pieces to a parchment lined baking sheet. 5. Bake at 325 degrees for 18-20 minutes, until edges are just lightly kissed with brown. 6. Melt dipping chocolate in a small microwave safe bowl by microwaving on high for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between. The balance between layers of cheese, noodles, and homemade bolognese sauce is perfection! ________________________________________­↓↓↓↓↓↓ CLICK FOR RECIPE ↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓ _______________________________________ The Most Amazing Lasagna Recipe INGREDIENTS 1 pound sweet Italian sausage 1 pound lean ground beef 1 large white onion, minced 5 cloves garlic, crushed 1 (28 ounce can) crushed tomatoes 2 (6 ounce can) tomato paste 1 (15 oz can) tomato sauce 1/2 cup chicken broth 2 tablespoons white sugar 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil 1 teaspoon fennel seeds 1 teaspoon ground oregano 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (divided) 1 pound lasagna noodles 30 ounces ricotta cheese 1 large egg 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 pound deli sliced mozzarella cheese 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a large pot over medium heat, add in ground sausage and ground beef. Use a spoon to break up the meat into small pieces. Add in onion and garlic and cook until meat is well browned, stirring constantly. Stir in sugar, fresh basil, fennel, oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup chopped parsley. Pour in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and chicken broth. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer 1-4 hours, stirring occasionally. 2. Meanwhile, place lasagna noodles into the bottom of a pan. Pour hot tap water directly over the noodles, making sure the pasta is completely immersed in the water. Let them soak for 30 minutes, then drain and discard water. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese with egg, remaining 2 tablespoons parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and nutmeg. Refrigerate until ready to assemble lasagna. 4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a deep 9x13 pan. 5. To assemble, spread about 1 cup of meat sauce in the bottom of the prepared pan. Place 4 noodles on top. Spread with 1/3 of the ricotta cheese mixture. Top with 1/4 of mozzarella cheese slices. Spoon 1 1/2 cups meat sauce over mozzarella, then sprinkle with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Repeat layering two more times to create three complete layers. To finish, place a final layer of pasta, topped with another 1 cup of meat sauce to cover the pasta. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover loosely with aluminum foil. 6. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil, and bake an additional 25 minutes to allow cheese to brown. Serve hot. Thanks for watching! This recipe is easy to make and is ready for the oven in less than 15 minutes. INGREDIENTS 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 7 ounces canned green chiles 1 tablespoon lime juice 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon chile powder 1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro. 3 cups diced cooked chicken 1 cup sour cream 16 ounces chile verde 8 to 10 (8-inch) flour tortillas 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with a hand mixer until it's light and fluffy, about 30-60 seconds. 2. Add in green chiles, lime juice, salt, cumin, chile powder, and cilantro. Stir together. Fold in cooked chicken. 3. In a separate mixing bowl, stir together sour cream and chile verde until combined. 4. Place a large spoonful of the chile verde sauce into the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 pan. 5. Assemble enchiladas by placing a big scoop if the chicken filling onto the center of a tortilla. Roll up the tortilla, tucking in the ends as you go. Lay it in the prepared 9x13 pan. Repeat with the remaining tortillas. 6. Pour the remainder of the chile verde sauce over the top of the assembled enchiladas. 7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the enchiladas. 8.Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. It makes for a sweet and crispy crust that just so happens to be gluten-free. How to Fry Chicken Chicken should be fried in a high smoke point oil like vegetable, canola, or peanut oil. The oil itself should be kept at about 350 degrees F for best results. Chicken should be dredged, dipped in a wash, and coated with a flavored outer coating before frying. Different cuts of chicken will require different cooking times. White meat requires less cooking than dark, and boneless cuts require less cooking time than bone-in. Size also plays a factor with smaller cuts requiring less cooking time. Chicken needs to be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Use a meat thermometer for best results. INGREDIENTS 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning 6 chicken breasts 2 cups Captain Crunch cereal 1 cup cornstarch 2 cups water 2 eggs 1 quart vegetable oil INSTRUCTIONS 1. Season both sides of chicken breasts with cajun seasoning. 2. Blend Captain Crunch cereal in a blender or process into a food processor until crumbs. 3. Pour cornstarch into a shallow dish. In another shallow dish whisk together water and eggs. In a third shallow dish spread out cereal crumbs. 4. Working one at a time, roll a piece of chicken into the cornstarch to coat. Dip into egg mixture, and then roll in crumbs. Place onto a wire rack to dry for 10 minutes. 5. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large pot to 350 degrees F. 6. Working in batches, fry chicken for about 10 minutes, until brown and crispy and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. (Only 2 ingredients) 1 1/2 cups Self-Rising Flour & 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (Makes 12 inch pizza) 3 cups Self-Rising Flour & 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt (Makes 16 inch pizza) Mix together like regular bread dough and let it rise for 15 minutes then roll or press it out to size. Add pizza sauce then a layer of Mozzarella cheese then add your toppings and another layer of cheese. Now put on your final topping. Bake at 450 degrees until pizza crust is golden brown on the edges and the cheese starts to bubble and get some color also... cool a bit and cut with a pizza cutter! P.S. You can add 1 tsp. of sugar to the flour if you like your dough a little sweeter! Enjoy!

So delicious, and so much fun! I’ve chosen to make my lasagna cups using lasagna pasta sheets. If you need a fast, more simple option, you can always use wonton wrappers. Just slide one in the bottom and layer on meat sauce, cheese, and more meat sauce. You won’t get the same clean layers, but it would save you a few minutes. I still recommend spending the extra time to make the layers. This recipe calls for ground Italian sausage. If you don’t eat pork, or need to stay away from sausage for other reasons, you can always use ground beef in the same amount. I recommend using a lean ground beef like 93/7 to cut down on the grease. PRO TIP: Freshly shredded cheese melts a lot better than the pre-shredded bagged stuff you get in the grocery store. Why? Chemicals are added in with the pre-shredded cheese to keep it from clumping and sticking together as well as to prevent mold. These chemical interfere with melting. For best results, always use freshly shredded or grated cheese in recipes, particularly ones that involve melting. INGREDIENTS 1 package lasagna noodles ½ pound ground Italian sausage 3 cloves minced garlic 1 (15 oz can) tomato sauce 1 (6 oz can) tomato paste 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning 1 teaspoons salt, divided 15 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese ¼ teaspoon black pepper 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a standard size muffin tin. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Cut 6 of them in half, lengthwise. Use a small cookie cutter to cut out 24 small circles from the remaining pasta. 2. In a large skillet, cook ground sausage until cooked through, and no longer pink, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add in garlic, tomato sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, and ½ teaspoon salt. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat. 3. In a medium size mixing bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, remaining ½ teaspoon salt, and pepper. 4. Line the bottom of each muffin cup with 1 of the cut out pasta circles. Curl each of the long strips into a ring to line the sides of each cup. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of sauce into the bottom of each muffin cup. Top with another layer of pasta circles and 1 tablespoon of ricotta mixture. Place remaining pasta circles on and another 1 tablespoon of meat sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbling and slightly browned. Serve hot. Thanks for watching! Grease three 9-inch pans. Line the bottom with parchment paper. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to cream the butter and sugar together. Beat in vanilla extract. 3. Use a fork to combine the eggs and buttermilk together in a bowl or 2 cup liquid measuring cup. Set aside. 4. In another mixing bowl stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. 5. Add 1/3 of the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix in until just combined. Add in half of the milk mixture and combine. Add in another 1/3 of the dry ingredients until combined followed by the remainder of the buttermilk mixture. To make frosting, beat softened butter together with cream cheese and vanilla extract and 2 cups powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Slowly add in remainder of powdered sugar and use milk to thin as needed. Frost and assemble cake layers with frosting in between, and to cover the outside. 8. Decorate with additional sprinkles. Place chicken breasts into a resealable plastic bag. Pour salad dressing over chicken. Seal and marinate for 1 to 2 hours. 2. In a small mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, basil and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Toss together and set bruschetta aside. 3. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. 4. Cook chicken breasts in a heavy skillet over medium heat until chicken reaches an internet temperature of 165 degrees, flipping halfway through. Rest 5 minutes and then slice. 5. Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan. Add in garlic and saute 1-2 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to love and stir in mozzarella, parmesan, provolone, salt and white pepper until cheese is completely melted and creamy. Stir in cooked pasta. 6. It's decadent, rich, and absolutely delicious! ________________________________________­↓↓↓↓↓↓ CLICK FOR RECIPE ↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓ _______________________________________ How to Make S’mores Pie From Scratch INGREDIENTS GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, finely ground 1/3 cup sugar 6 tablespoons butter, melted FUDGE FILLING 1/2 cup salted butter 2 cups granulated sugar 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ITALIAN MERINGUE 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 4 egg whites 1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter INSTRUCTIONS CRUST Make your crust by mixing together the graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter in a small mixing bowl. Press into a pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for about 6 minutes. FUDGE FILLING In a medium saucepan combine butter, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, sugar, and evaporated milk. Stir to combine over medium-low heat. Increase heat to medium-high and bring to a boil. Immediately reduce heat to low and continue simmering for 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour the mixture into a blender and blend the mixture for 2 whole minutes. Pour into the prepared pie crust and cool completely. ITALIAN MERINGUE In a small sauce pan, stir together sugar and water over medium high heat. Let it sit until it reaches 240 degrees F. Meanwhile, add egg whites and cream of tarter to a mixing bowl or stand mixer. Beat until soft peaks form (peaks that collapse back on themselves and do not yet hold their own shape). While mixing, slowly pour in hot sugar mixture and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Spread meringue on top of the fudge layer of the pie crust. Use a kitchen torch to brown the peaks of the meringue or place underneath the broiler setting in your oven to broil until browned. Keep a close eye so it doesn't burn. Thanks for watching! Pomodoro sauce is usually very simple, consisting of little more than tomatoes, olive oil, and a handful of other ingredients to add flavor. It is meant to be a quick, light, and fresh sauce, rather than a heavy tomato based sauce that requires a long simmering time. What is linguine pomodoro? What is spaghetti pomodoro? Pomodoro is simply a tomato based sauce. If you call it linguine pomodoro or spaghetti pomodoro, you are simply designating what pasta shape it is being served over. This is the white cake you've been dreaming of! ________________________________________­↓↓↓↓↓↓ CLICK FOR RECIPE ↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓ _______________________________________ The Most Amazing White Cake INGREDIENTS 1 cup salted butter, softened 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 teaspoons almond extract 3 1/2 cups cake flour 4 teaspoons of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 6 large egg whites, room temperature 1 1/2 cups milk, room temperature INSTRUCTIONS 1. Grease three 9-inch pans. Line the bottom with parchment paper. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to cream the butter and sugar together. Beat in almond extract. 3. Use a fork to combine the eggs and milk together in a bowl or 2 cup liquid measuring cup. Set aside. 4. In another mixing bowl stir together cake flour, baking powder, and salt. 5. Add 1/3 of the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix in until just combined. Add in half of the milk mixture and combine. Add in another 1/3 of the dry ingredients until combined followed by the remainder of the milk mixture. Add in the remainder of the dry ingredients and mix with the hand mixer until just combined, using a rubber spatula to scrape the sides and bottom to make sure everything is mixed in. 6. Divide the batter among the three prepared pans. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Let sit in pans for 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before layering and frosting. WHITE BUTTERCREAM FROSTING 1 ½ cups softened butter 2 teaspoons almond extract 4 cups powdered sugar 1 tablespoon milk 1. Use a hand mixer to whip softened butter and almond extract together. He ordered "buttered toast, poached eggs, crisp bacon, and a hooker of hollandaise." In a blender, combine egg yolks, mustard, and lemon juice. Puree until smooth. Place butter in a separate microwave safe container and microwave until melted. With the blender running, slowly pour hot butter in a steady stream. Sauce will thicken. Set aside in a warm place. 2. Heat a small skillet over medium high heat. Melt butter. Brown Canadian bacon in butter on each side and set aside. 3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Meanwhile, toast muffins 4. Stir vinegar into boiling water. The possibilities are endless really. You can also change the texture of pastry cream for different uses by making it into diplomat cream or mousseline cream. How long can you keep pastry cream in the fridge? Pasty cream can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Use the freshest milk you can for extended life. Milk that is near its expiration date may not produce a pastry cream that can last for 7 days. INGREDIENTS 2 cups whole milk ¼ cup + ⅓ cup granulated sugar (divided) 1 whole egg 2 egg yolks ¼ cup cornstarch 2 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a large sauce pan, stir together milk and ¼ cup sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together egg, egg yolks, cornstarch, and ⅓ cup sugar. 2. Once the milk has reached a simmer, work quickly and carefully pour half of the hot milk in a steady stream into the egg mixture, whisking constantly to avoid curdling or cooking the eggs. Immediately pour the egg mixture back into the saucepan, whisking constantly. Return to a medium heat and whisk constantly until mixture thickens. 3. Remove from heat once thickened and stir in butter and vanilla until melted. The Most Amazing Chocolate Cake is here. I call this my Matilda Cake because I swear it’s just as good as the cake that Bruce Bogtrotter ate in Matilda. Moist, chocolaty perfection. This is the chocolate cake you’ve been dreaming of! ________________________________________­↓↓↓↓↓↓ CLICK FOR RECIPE ↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓ _______________________________________ The Most Amazing Chocolate Cake BUTTERMILK SUBSTITUTE: http://thestayathomechef.com/buttermilk-substitute/ Prep Time: 10 minutes Ready In: 45 minutes Yield: 3 9-inch rounds Ingredients butter and flour for coating and dusting the cake pan 3 cups all-purpose flour 3 cups granulated sugar 1½ cups unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tablespoon baking soda 1½ teaspoons baking powder 1½ teaspoons salt 4 large eggs 1½ cups buttermilk 1½ cups warm water ½ cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter three 9-inch cake rounds. Dust with flour and tap out the excess. (see cooking lesson below) Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a stand mixer using a low speed until combined. Add eggs, buttermilk, warm water, oil, and vanilla. Beat on a medium speed until smooth. This should take just a couple of minutes. Divide batter among the three pans. I found that it took just over 3 cups of the batter to divide it evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cake meets the toothpick test (stick a toothpick in and it comes out clean). Cool on wire racks for 15 minutes and then turn out the cakes onto the racks and allow to cool completely. Frost with your favorite frosting and enjoy! Notes The better quality cocoa powder you use the better the cake will taste. Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting Prep Time: 10 minutes Yield: enough frosting for a 3 tiered cake Ingredients 1½ cups butter, softened 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1½ cups unsweetened cocoa powder 3 teaspoons vanilla extract 7-8 cups powdered sugar about ¼ cup milk (as needed) Instructions In a large bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer for best results Add in cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Beat until combined. Beat in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time. Add milk as necessary to make a spreadable consistency. The frosting should be very thick and will thicken even more if refrigerated. Notes In the photos above, an extra dark cocoa powder was used in the frosting. Extra dark cocoa will result in a much darker, almost black frosting. METRIC MEASUREMENTS Ingredients butter and flour for coating and dusting the cake pan 450 grams all-purpose flour 650 grams granulated sugar 155 grams unsweetened cocoa powder 17 grams baking soda 8 grams baking powder 11 grams salt 4 large eggs 350 ml buttermilk 350 ml warm water 115 ml vegetable oil 10 ml vanilla extract Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 176 degrees Celsius. Butter three 23 centimeter cake rounds. Dust with flour and tap out the excess. 2. Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a stand mixer using a low speed until combined. 3. Add eggs, buttermilk, warm water, oil, and vanilla. Beat on a medium speed until smooth. This should take just a couple of minutes. 4. Divide batter among the three pans. 5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cake meets the toothpick test (stick a toothpick in and it comes out clean). 6. INGREDIENTS WONTONS: 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, tails removed 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon grated ginger 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon rice vinegar 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon sriracha 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes 24 wonton wrappers SOUP BASE: 4 cups chicken broth 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 4 tablespoons rice vinegar 2 tablespoons cornstarch 2 tablespoons grated ginger 1/4 cup sliced green onion for serving INSTRUCTIONS 1. First, make your dumpling filling by placing the shrimp, crab, garlic, ginger, cilantro, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, srirarcha, and red pepper flakes into a food processor. Pulse until combined. 2. Lay out a few wonton or dumpling wrapper and place a small bowl of water nearby. Place a little spoonful of the filling onto the center of your wonton or dumpling wrapper. Dip your fingers into the water bowl and wet the edges of the wrapper. Fold and seal the dumpling. Repeat for all of the remaining filling and set dumplings aside or refrigerate until ready to make the soup.. 4. Make your soup base by combining chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, red pepper flakes, and ginger into a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. 5. In a small bowl stir together rice vinegar and cornstarch. Stir into soup and let thicken, 1 to 2 minutes. 6. Put dumplings into soup base and remove from heat. Divide dumplings among bowls and serve hot topped with sliced green onion. Thanks for watching! Old Bay seasoning is the brand name of a spice blend that pairs well with seafood. It contains bay leaf powder, celery salt, mustard, pepper, ginger, paprika, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, red pepper flakes, mace, cardamom, and cinnamon. While you can certainly make your own spice blend at home, it's very convenient to buy it as a spice blend since it contains such a wide variety of spices. What kind of crab should I use to make crab cakes? There are generally two kinds of fresh crab sold: lump crab meat, and lump claw meat. Lump claw meat tends to be far less expensive and still creates a tasty crab cake. It can be sold in a refrigerated can or in plastic bag packaging. You can also buy it at the seafood counter of your grocery store. Lump crab meat is also sold in the canned section of your grocery store near the tuna, but it is not considered fresh. It is not recommended for this recipe. Imitation crab can also be used in this recipe if you are trying to save money. But nothing beats real, fresh crab. INGREDIENTS 1 pound lump crab meat 1 cup panko bread crumbs 1/4 mayonnaise 1 large egg 2 teaspoons mustard 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying 1/4 cup sliced green onions for garnish INSTRUCTIONS 1. Pick through crab meat and make sure there are no shells. Place into a medium-sized mixing bowl. 2. Stir in bread crumbs, mayo, egg, mustard, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, old bay, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until ingredients are evenly distributed. 3. Take about 1/4 cup of the crab mixture and shape into a patty. Repeat with remaining crab mixture. Spread flour out onto a plate. Dip crab cake into flour on both sides to coat and gently brush off excess. 4. Pour enough oil into a large skillet to cover the bottom and heat over medium high heat. Transfer chicken to the lightly greased baking dish. 5. Spread marinara on top of each chicken breast. Peel and rinse potatoes. Cut into 1-inch cubes or chunks. Place the potatoes into a large pot. Pour in chicken broth. Potatoes should be just covered with liquid. 2. Place the pot on the stove over high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. 3. Strain the potatoes from the broth and put the cooked potatoes into a large mixing bowl. 4. Add in the butter, cream cheese, buttermilk, and salt.
