Break 1: 30 seconds jumping jacks 30 seconds rest repeat again..now thats 2 minutes Final mintue 30 seconds plyometric jumping jacks Final rest phew hard work but wait..... theres more breaks. Break 2: 30 seconds plank 30 seconds squats oh yeah! repeat to 3 minutes there is no rest!
