MOTHER FARM, CHIBA // マザー牧場 (Daytrip from Toyko)

03:29
During our weekend trip to Chiba earlier this month (https://youtu.be/t_C01OAg_uE), Torii and I spontaneously decided to visit Mother Farm and it turned out to be the highlight of the trip for me. The mood and vibe there was light and carefree, and it was so much fun interacting with the animals and watching shows like the Piggy Race and Duck Parade. I was also so excited to milk a cow for the first time! As well as the activities shown in our video, Mother Farm also offers lots more including Seasonal Flower attractions and Fruits & Vegetables Picking, Food Tasting Studio, Dog Run Area (you can bring your dog too for 600 yen admission fee), Auto Camp Site, and more! For more information, visit their official website http://www.motherfarm.co.jp/ Thank you for watching! ~Anita If you like my videos, please let me know in the comments section and consider subscribing :) Thank you! CHIBA, JAPAN // 千葉 (Weekend trip from Tokyo)

02:28
Chiba - home to the busy Narita International Airport (yep, it's not in Tokyo!) and not exactly a popular tourist destination, but Torii and I decided to spend a weekend getaway there to see what we could find. We also have a video about Mother Farm (my personal favourite from the trip): https://youtu.be/svbKT6Hvt4g 0:00 濃溝の滝 - Nomizo Falls 0:17 養老渓谷 - Yoro Keikoku 0:58 神橋(正一位山神社)- Shoichiiyama Shrine 1:14 鹿野山九十九谷展望 - Kanozan Kujyukudani Observatory Park 1:31 マザー牧場 - Mother Farm (https://youtu.be/svbKT6Hvt4g) Next time I go to Chiba, I want to go fruit picking but will have to make sure to go during the right season. CLIMBING MOUNT FUJI // 富士山 (Japan Travel Tips)

03:26
In this video, I share 15 tips for those looking to climb Mount Fuji. Torii and I made this trek last Summer with 3 friends. We used the Yoshida Trail and started from the 5th Station. We decided to start climbing at night so that we could see the sunrise from on top of the mountain, which was very beautiful. If you do not own some of the gear I mentioned, there are various stores that offer rental equipment so don't worry :) Hope this video is helpful and good luck! ~ Anita If you like my videos, please let me know in the comments section and consider subscribing :) Thank you! SANDANKYO, HIROSHIMA // 三段峡 (Japan Hidden Gems)

01:24
If you're looking for things to do in Hiroshima, I would recommend adding Sandakyo to your list. It is absolutely beautiful there and the trek to Sandakyo Gorge isn't too bad either (I'm generally not into hiking but I was ok with this one - not much up/down hill and a beautiful reward awaits at the end of the 50 minute or so hike). You could also go river kayaking like we did - there's a beginner and advanced course. Though Torii and I have been kayaking many times before, we'd never done river kayaking so we opted for the beginner course which turned out to be a little too easy, but was still nice being out on the water. Sandakyo is the first of my JAPAN HIDDEN GEMS series which will focus on places in Japan that are lesser known or frequented. My aim is to introduce as many hidden spots as possible and hopefully inspire you to want to experience them for yourselves. Thank you for watching :) ~Anita If you like my videos, please let me know in the comments section and consider subscribing :) Thank you!

BUNNY CAFE (Tokyo) // RABBIT ISLAND (Okunoshima)

02:45
Ms. BUNNY is a bunny cafe in Roppongi just a short walk from the station (Hibiya Line Exit No. 3) where you can hold adorable little bunnies! On the opposite side of Japan is Okunoshima (aka Rabbit Island). We went there last year to see all the rabbits and also to learn more about the Poison Gas factories which played a big part in WWII. The whole combination was really interesting and somewhat odd - like stepping onto an eerie island with a dark history and meanwhile being surrounded by all these cute little bunnies, almost like they're a distraction from what went on there...
